The colored houses are built for the chromatic fairies as a unique home during the annual Art Park Fairy House Festival in Lewiston New York. Each fairy house is based on sacred geometry as agitated tetrahedral structures. Inspired by crystals and faceted forms. yet they are constructed out of simple stick structures with spandex fabric stretched over the frames allowing for the shapes to become hyperbolic in their stretched forms. The PVC pipe structures are unstable and intended to wiggle and wobble when interacted with. Each Fairy Fort has a different number of triangles which represent their chromatic quality on the spectrum.
